Seon, 8 June 2018 – Niklaus Schär elected as additional member of the board of directors.
On 5 June 2018, the general meeting of Bio Development AG decided to add another member to the board of directors and elected Niklaus Schär as a new board member.
Niklaus Schär has a postgraduate diploma in management from the University of St. Gallen. Along with 30 years of working in textile industry business, he has also been active in project development in the property sector for around 20 years. He has mandates in several cooperatives and boards. He is also a member of the board of trustees of the CoOpera collective foundation, which is also a shareholder in Bio Development AG.
