The share capital of Bio Development AG will be increased by CHF 16 million to CHF 72 million. With this capital, Bio Development AG strengthens its commitment to EcorNaturaSì via the company Ulirosa S.p.A., in which the shares in EcorNaturaSì held by Ariele Holding AG and Bio Development AG are bundled.
