Seon, 14 August 2018 - Thanks to its past involvement, Bio Development AG helped in making it possible for Biopulver GmbH to set up a new production plant for the manufacture of Demeter powdered goat’s milk. The construction and plant are well-advanced.
The current shareholders weighed up, in a concerted manner, whether Bio Development AG’s continued involvement is conducive to Biopulver GmbH. The outcome clearly revealed that selling the shares Bio Development AG owned in Biopulver GmbH to the existing shareholders at Biopulver GmbH – Holle baby food GmbH from Riehen in Switzerland – was the best solution for both Biopulver GmbH and Holle baby food GmbH.
All the parties involved were jointly and amicably agreed on this decision.
